This morning when I started up I heard a hissing sound, coming from what seemed like the gauge cluster--definitely from drivers side, not passenger. It sounded like radio static, but it was still there when I turned off the radio. Not super loud, kind of like a small vacuum leak. The sound level didn't change when goosing the throttle in neutral, but did decrease when accelerating in gear.
Ran the codes and other than the B0367 code which pops up occasionally and the TPMS codes (dead sensors) I got a U1160 H, which seems to be a comms fault with the LDCM. Since it was an H code, I don't think that has anything to do with the sound I heard.
Anyway, about 25 minutes into the drive the sound either went away or became so faint I couldn't hear it over the other car noises.
