This is a quote I received after inquiring to the Vette Doctors about installing Long Tube headers, cam, dyno tuning. Only a couple more guys and we save more than 10%.
In the Northeast section where this response was pasted from I have asked what type of power to expect and the brand LT's. If it is similar to REDGAR's numbers of 380rwhp with an A4 :D.
I am posting this over here as well as the N.E. section due to their location in New York . I am simply the bearer of good news. Specific questions must be directed at the Vette Doctors.

Hey good job getting this together. Just an update, I managed two 113 MPH passes this weekend and Capital Raceway.

113MPH !! :) Soon enough I will be in your HP range but that doesn't mean squat at the track, I gots to learn the 60' thing.:yesnod: Good luck with the remainder of the year in the challenge. I run again next month.
Just talked with Carmen, I am sending my deposit down and we will set a date from there. They are being very accomodating. My biggest issue will be getting the car down there (320 miles), can they squeeze it in a couple days with me staying in "Amityville's finest" or do the drop off and commute back/forth. They don't want to be rushed on the job, we'll figure it out. Could be worse things to worry about :cheers:.

Probably best to leae it a week. It give them a chance to drive it some an make sure all is good. I was shocked too when I looked at the slip and started reading from the bottom. I had to do a double take thought I was reading the wrong lane. :lol: :bb

The Vette Doctors may not have seen this yet. It is probably better you call them and ask him directly.
I doubt he would be able to give you a firm number though as mine is the first car to get the came and I don't have either for the components. I do know he has told me that I should consider and LS6 Intake and a better set of headers because he feels he can get more out of it.

Nope sorry not near Trenton. Trenton is even further than I am. I would say they are about 2 hours from Trenton give or take some NY traffic.

REDGAR is correct in stating they can't give an exact hp number because he is the first "cam only" (besides LT's, tuning) they have done and I asked the same question :D . On my 99 which doesn't have the LS6 intake but is a 6 spd (less rwhp loss than auto) he seemed to indicate REDGAR type of numbers of 380RWHP. Again, each car is different, soo...
I still think that is some serious rwhp for the price$$. But you gotta give them a shout about breaking the package up.
