Wish me luck as the guy has never touched a C5. He has done lots of F-bodys and I get to help. I get to be the Ginny pig this time.
I also had a large brake issue this weekend. First the QS pad a bought were the right part number, but someone placed different pads into the box. Had to what a few days after reording the pads.
Second after I get everything apart I find the DBA rotors are for the wrong application "Cobra". I called the vendor and his shipping out the correct part Monday.

No flames intended...just curious why you would want to be the guinea pig? Have you thought about tuning after the H/C are installed?
Hope it goes well.
If he's done LS1 F-bodies he's golden. The only part that is different on the C5 is getting the steering rack out. Trust me, I've done a C5 cam install and 4-6 LS1 F-body installs. ;)

You'll be good, that guy knows his stuff. Get ahold of me by monday so we can get that LS1-edit dyno tuning going. Good luck bro.
P.S call Andy if you guys run into any obsticles. When I watched Andy it looked pretty easy...but that's Andy. You don't really need it because of your cam...but if he has the tool you may want to fly cut the pistons incase you want to go with a bigger cam later.
