I did replace the seat bushings the other day so the seat was out. I checked the wiring and the electrical harnesses are attached firmly. Thanks for your help.
1. Inspect the battery cables. There are a couple of places that can be an issue. Make sure the terminals are tight on the battery. Check the connection at the starter and at the alternator. The charging wire from the alternator and the positive battery cable come together at the starter.
2. Could also be a bad ignition switch. Buried in this thread https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...tion-long.html are instructions for repairing the switch. The contacts inside the switch can and do get arced up over time causing low voltage errors to the various computers and modules within the C5.
I would do the battery cable inspection first since it can be easier to get to the connections. Then attack the ignition switch.

All those DTCs point to a power issue. Start with clean and tight battery cables and then the ignition switch.
If,,,,,,,,,,,, you are comfortable with repairing the switch you can attempt that procedure. If not, just get a new switch.
Always make sure that the IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS CONNECTOR CONTACTS are not spread apart and making poor contact with the switch connector MALE PINS.
The TWO larger pins in the BLACK CONNECTOR are spread apart and were making less than desired contact with the male pins in the ignition switch:
