Default Diagnose post head gasket replacement issues.

Replaced fuel injectors and adjusted tune, aside from learning fuel trims it's running superb.

Coolant temp is running about 250. I may just end up needing to add more fluid as I've only put in one gallon so far.

Oil... low oil warning with dipstick confirmation. I put in 6 quarts. Pressure is fine and oil temp seems normal.

Any ideas why my oil is low?

No external leaks noticed under the car or in the engine.

I added an additional gallon of coolant and realized my fans were not turning on (fixed that with a tune correction). I also added another 1.5 qts making a total of 7.5 qts of 5w30 since the top end servicing. The low oil indicator keeps popping up but the dipstick is now showing full.
