I have the same setup on my 98. Flowmaster tips with black mufflers. They're definitely aftermarket and I tried to find the same info. Not sure... they might be series 80 or series 40. They sound very good though. I didn't care for the 3" tips so I bought some 3½" tips and had them welded on at the muffler shop. Looks much better now. I now wish I'd went with 4" since I've got about 750rwhp. The 4" look much more aggressive but that's all the tips are for...just looks.
If they look like this, they're probably the Flowmaster Stainless Steel Force II Exhaust System. They should have a Flowmaster name or part number on them however. #817517 the name may be on the topside of the muffler.
They're 80 Series Cross Flow Muffler made of 409S Stainless Steel.
