Default Will these fit?

LG motorsports 1 3/4" c6 z06 longtube headers. Are these a direct bolt on a LS1 C5? Thanks

Yes, they should bolt up without any problems. I have them and they went in from the bottom without any help. Very easy install. You'll need to get the car up about 24 inches from the floor to do the installation. Take your time and don't tighten the clamps until everything is installed and lined up properly.

That is a good question - I'd sure want to be certain that it was C6 Z06 headers that he installed on a C5, especially after LG said they wouldn't work.

Well, that's embarrassing! It seems that LG does make a set of headers for the Z06 and they are different than the set for the coupes and convertibles. Glad you didn't buy based on my info. I'm glad others jumped in and offered better advice. Good luck with your build.

I think you are confused, C 5 's are all the same, the question was for a C 6 header ???

I know... pretty tempting, but I better start saving for my "wreckless" driving ticket... I spun the tires (pretty good burn out) in the Chevelle on cruise night, going HOME last stop light in town ...going to court the 20th of July we'll see what happens...$554 fine if convicted... I hope the judge is a car guy...

Steve, try real hard to fight that ticket or at less reduced to careless or just excessive noise. Trust me from experience, reckless will cost you for many years !!!!! Tell the Judge it was just having a little fun after a car meet !!!!! Best of luck my friend !!!!

Do you have lawyers that fix tickets? I had one in Vegas got it down to a parking ticket for a 100.00

Guys put C6z06 factory exhaust onto C5's. LG has posted before that when stripped down the C5 and C6 chassis are basically the same thing. The headers will likely fit but the ends of the midpipes will be different since the C5 catback system is quite different compared to a C6.

in florida, they have to prove you were intentionally trying to hurt people for a reckless driving ticket. don't know what the criteria is where you are at.

If they are in great shape almost worth it to buy them and resell them lol.

LS7 heads are a D shaped port and the LS1/LS6 is a circle port. Will it fit? yes but not 100%
