You can make one for fairly cheap, that's what I ended up doing. Bill Curlee made one from the old bolt, different than my approach but it works well and is easy to make if you have a welder.
I bought a threaded rod and washers on ebay for 15 bucks. Heated up the balancer, she went right on. I would also get the arp bolt and a crows foot flare nut wrench makes removing the lines on the steering rack easy..
Found this one but how do you hold the end ?

I agree with Stoker87. Once I received the real ARP bolt, I could see and feel the difference. The fake one came in a zip lock bag with “made in China” and not in ARP packaging. The fake one seemed be forged out of an old railroad tie! The washer was also thinner. I wasn’t going to risk sticking that into my engine. Also, as using threaded rods, make sure to use the correct thread pitch and material grade or you may end up with stripped threads.
