The only thing you'll need is a tune. All the sensors and covers are the same.
Be sure to pull the pilot bearing out of the crank prior to mating the engine to the torque tube.

The 98 fuel rails will need to be reused as well as your OEM injectors.
If you get your PCM tuned for a ZO6 spec engine, you can swap in the newer injectors.
