Auto down/up windows....

Is it possible to change the door window switches on a 99 to function "auto up" along with the "auto down" feature?

Curious to know about this. FWIW there is a product called Window Valet (or something like that). They might have some features like you want.

I have the Window Valet sold by CF vendor Southern Car Parts. Plugs into your OBD-II connector just under the steering column. Works off your FOB. Tap lock button 3 times, window goes up. Tap unlock button 3 times and window goes down.
