DRL Socket Wiring

Finally got around to replacing it over the weekend. The socket was burned out. A few dollars later and a new Delco LS15 was delivered to my house.
I stripped the wires, and soldered them together. Each joint was covered with Raychem adhesive-lined heat shrink, and a larger tube of Raychem shrink was put over the joints to help retain their integrity. I then wrapped the harness with OE-style non-adhesive tape.
I had photos of everything and matched the wires properly before soldering, or so I thought...
When I turn the car on, DRLs to not come on. The parking lights come on in their respective setting, as well as with the headlamps. Blinkers function at normal rate, sans no DRL setting.
Most interestingly, the interior lights now flash with the blinker, and the alarm will sound when hitting the lock button on the fob.
I disconnected the battery for the time being.
Is this a case of perhaps too little sleep and reversing the parking light circuit with the ground (or similar)? I'm 98% sure that I reversed the contacts on the Ground and "A" circuit.
I did not have these issues until the new socket was installed. Another one will be here tomorrow, but I'd like to make sure that I don't make the same mistake twice.

I take it nobody has had the issue with reversing the wires and the interior lights blinking then? Weather has been too poor for me to even touch the car unfortunately.
