I doubt there ARE any. TTBOMK, never available as a separate item from GM, so no need for a "spec".
If I were to guess, I'd say likely in the 5-8 lbft range.
Sorry to hijack the thread but since it relates to the picture in this post I'm calling fair game.
So I took apart the shifter so I can lube it (bushings are shot so those are on order) and the gasket between the upper and lower sections got torn up. What has everyone else done in this situation? I know some aftermarket shifters come with a new gasket. Do I just buy a gasket material from the auto store, run without the gasket, or use a bead of silicone? From what I got from a youtube video is that the gasket is merely for vibrations. Any suggestions?

You're correct. Yeah the GM one is so fragile ( I heard). I just cut my own gasket piece from gasket maker sheet.
I ended up just using a small bead of caulking around the edge. I thought about the gasket maker but figured I already had some caulking and don't plan on taking it apart again so it shouldn't be too big of a deal. I needed to replace my bushings too since they were shot. I haven't driven it yet but I can already tell between the lube job and the bushings (and shifter alignment) it already feels a million times better. Super smooth now.
I used that "make a gasket" stuff in a tube. Don't forget to get the mating surfaces spotless.
Also, be sure to Loctite or similar, the clamp bolt at the rear of the shifter box, otherwise you will wonder WTF happened to your shifter after a few miles. Yeah, I found out the hard way......
Yeah I made sure to loctite the crap out of the bolts. Had my first drive yesterday and OMG what a huge improvement it made. I think a combination of everything made the shifter solid and like new again. I see absolutely no reason for going with an aftermarket shifter (I also did the anti-venom mod and have a cut down stock shifter).
I ran a bead of RTV along the edge of the shifter box, let it sit for a few minutes to get tacky, then bolted the shifter down. IIRC, I just did hand tight on the 4 bolts with my Craftsman ratchet, nothing too tight, but not loose.
