Under Pressure?
I just noticed that my coolant filler cap only has the system at 15 psi.
Is this what all C5's run? Does the Z06 have a higher coolant pressure?
Can you get a higher coolant pressure cap? And if so, how much more could you increase it safely with the stock radiator?

O.K. it's a slow night on the forum...Maybe I should have posted this on the racing section.
The significance of increasing pressure is to increase the boiling point of the Dexcool.
NASCAR teams run pressures of 35 psi and have cooliant boiling points of about 275 degrees so if I could run a higher psi, say around 20 psi, I might not be as concern over running 240 degree temps on the track.
Sounds like a better solution than spending a grand on a bigger radiator???
