Putting an aluminum radiator on and the trans cooling lines are slightly larger than the bung. They will not screw it at all. They are the regular threaded ones with a metal and rubber washer that fits into the radiator bung. Is 2004 auto different form the early auto cars? Can I purchase a fitting thag will work? Really needing this car done by Monday.
Unfortunately, you have the wrong radiator. Your fittings on your trans lines are actually quick disconnect fitting lines (there is a thin metal tool that can separate them or sometimes there is a clip you can pull with a pick). The radiator you have is for an earlier model that uses an inverted flare fitting (I believe 3/8").
You may be able to find an adapter but they may be hard to find. It is better to get the right radiator. If you find it it will be a female quick disconnect to male 3/8" inverted flare and it may take up too much space.
