Default Targa top weather stripping

I have a 2002 Red C5 with both top options. I have just over 18K miles on it and love the condition it's in. During the winter months it's stored in my garage and covered with a thick, tight fitting custom cover. Prior to covering the car for the winter, I pop all of the seals to keep them from getting a permanent compression. This may be unnecessary with modern materials but it's an old habit. This spring I noticed a very small tear in the door seal right where the tops and the door meet. When I go through the touch-less car wash I have to make sure that seal is positioned just right otherwise I get a small amount of water come in during the spray cycle. The tear is so small that I could reseal it if I used the right material. I don't want to replace that seal. Is there a recommended glue, etc that can be used to fix? Thanks in advance!

Default I've used this

Try ethyl cyanoacrylate glue. I've used it for the same reason and it works great.

I haven't heard of this. Does it dry and stay pliable?

Yes, it is slow drying so be patient and let it set for awhile (3-6 hours).

I used this to fix a tear in my weatherstripping. I developed a tear on the verticle passenger side part right where it meets the targa top. Two years and still going strong.

with Macleod52. I just repaired a couple of places on my weatherstripping using that adhesive sealant and it works great.
