Headlight bounce
I've done some research and even looked at the headlight assembly. There is no play with the assembly and the bulbs are tight in the sockets. I haven't found a thread with anyone having a solution but figured why not try again? Thanks

My headlights rattled a bit - progressively worse... they are the radio flyer ACA bi-xenon.... turns out the screws holding the bulb housing were coming loose.
If you already checked there... maybe the gear that pushes the light up is loose? dunno.

I had that issue...The rod that drives the assembly up may not be connected. The bolt may have fallen out. If you raise the lights by hand and you can pick up the assembly then the rod is loose.
