Driver's door lock button doesn't work--replace relay or button?
Hey, hopefully this should be an easy one. The lock button on my driver's door has stopped working, but the doors will still lock via the button on the passenger's door or the remote. I've read about the relays in the door control module failing and that sounds like a job I could do myself, but when those fail, does the door stop locking via power entirely, or does it fail like mine has, where just the driver's door button will no longer lock the door. Not sure if I need to replace the button or the relay, and don't want to waste time and money replacing the wrong thing! Thanks.

From your description, you will need to replace the door switch.
If the door did not lock by the remote or switch on passenger door then it would be the relay in the door control module.
