Cam bearings

I'm in the middle of a cam/head swap and ran into this. This bearing looks way too warn to reuse. Car only has 120k. I guess my worry is if the cam bearings look like this, how are the rod bearings going to look? Is this normal wear for the millage?

seen a few threads on cam bearings on this forum and LS1TECH.COM, on the latter the posts will say it's normal wear. they are not that hard to change with the right tools.

I'm seeing that now. I guess posting this was a bit of a knee-jerk reaction, I was just not expecting to see copper.
