Default Kook's New Style Header Install

I just installed a set of Kook's 1-7/8 headers this past weekend on my newly acquired 99 C5. i was worried after seeing others threads but once i found out they had re-designed them i was somewhat relieved.
They installed pretty easy...i usually work on LS powered trucks and the install was very similar.

Here is a list of what all i removed from the engine to get them to slide in from the bottom side of the car:
Both coil packs
Spark plugs and wires
Alternator and belt.
(factory manifolds of course)

i didnt have to jack up the engine or remove any other parts.

Overall very pleased with how well the install wend and the quality of the headers is amazing!!

I have them mated up to Borla Stinger rear section and the sound is amazing. i will try to get a couple videos up soon of how it sounds but in the mean time here is a video of how it all looks under the car.

That looks pretty good, doesn'T seem to impact ground clearance at all?

Glad the new design provides for a better install. I had installed the older style on my FRC and would've rather done my own brain surgery.

What is the "new" and how do/can I distinguish that I will get the new design? I will be connecting to Corsa Xtreme exhaust (which is already installed).

I have went over some speed bumps and what not and havent noticed any ground clearance issues, mine is lowered with the stock bolts.
