I know there have been plenty of threads on this issue but they all mainly lead to the same result, go with aftermarket tick or Other brand clutch master cylinder. I'm curious to know if anyone's replaced theirs with a OEM clutch master and used a brake fluid with a higher boiling temp as a fix. Another question was I read that the tick increases pedal effort. If that's true how much does it increase? Thanks
Tick will be little stiffer but worth it..I would not recommend putting stocker back in even with drill mod and good fluid stock unit is not up to the job.Get the tick and some good fluid in it and be done with hydralic issues that plaque these cars.

How much stiffer? I've read some guys say it's good and then others who daily drive the car say it's PITA. My car is a daily so I'd like to keep close to stock feel.
Contact Joey at TICK... Ask him.. I "BELIEVE" that TICK also has a TICK master with a OEM bore that is no more stiff than OEM. More reliable and fully adjustable.
YES, the TICK larger bore /piston is a good bit stiffer than any OEM. (stiff enough that the wife hates to drive my SPEC Dual Disk / TICK combo). Its fine for me but traffic jams are NOT FUN!
Also ask him or get well informed on PROPERLY ADJUSTING the TICK Master after its installed.
