Problems with Air Conditioner
Just had the AC compressor replaced as my original one disintegrated. System was flushed numerous times and refrigerant was added. A week later the AC is blowing cold only on passenger side (have dual zone AC). A week after that not cold on either side. The dash control panel for the AC was replaced 2 years ago. Has anyone experienced similar problems? The condenser may need to be replaced. Is this a huge job and expense? What does the condenser do?

Remove the fuses, I think there are three, that have to do with the AC. Wait 5-10 minutes, then put them back and try again. Suppose to re-set everything. If not, I guess to the dealer it goes.

Please let us know if this works for you. I have a friend with a grand prix that also has the dual climate control. She tells me that her air is only blowing out cold on the passenger side.
I might be able to get some brownie points out of it if i can fix it

Your left side temperature door actuator may be bad, but I know for a fact the climate control heads from 97-2000 are going bad & there is an "internal" GM TSB on them to be replaced with the 01-02 ones.....
