Default Removing PITA ground stud....Suggestions

Hi all,
This is my passenger sill ground stud location(G202). It is in a very tight spot and I CANNOT get to it. Ground connector is in the way too, and very tight(can't rotate it out of way). Bolt is visible peeking out behind connector. Nothing fits in there to even loosen it up. Any suggestions?!?

Steve, I used an electric impact wrench with an extension.

I used a 1/4" drive "breaker bar style drive" and a small short 10mm socket and it fit right in there.

That being said, That connector, is most likely fine and doesn't need service.

Alternately, can you fit a socket on to the bolt and use a pair of longnose vise grips—poking between the connector and that metal part on the right—to rotate the socket enough to loosen?
