Default FOB Training problems

2002 Z06

I have three separate key fobs that came with my car. None of them work. I have tried holding lock and unlock outside of the car for a while with no outcome. I have also tried going inside and going to the FOB Training on the dash, but when I hit reset again to go to the next screen that's supposed to tell you to "hold lck & unlck", that screen doesn't appear. Only code code my car pulls is C1214 and my AC temperature sensor. I have looked up other issues but cannot find anything like mine.

Does the B0-RFA sensor show NO COMM when you pull codes?
it does show NO COMM on that. The car came with 18/19 c6 z06 wheels

The battery is from 11/16, I'll check voltage on it and be sure it's right battery spec

brand new batteries in all of the key fobs

There is no communications over the serial data buss to the Remote Function Adapter (RFA) which is the receiver for the FOB's (and TPMS for cars that are equipped with them). Check fuse #27 in the fuse box in the passenger foot well. If it is not the fuse then it most likely is the RFA has failed, but you need to do some diagnosing before just replacing parts.
so assuming if my car came equipped with tpms and if these wheels don't have any in them, that could cause the fault with the fob?

Your issue is most likely fuse #27 or the RFA module itself is bad or for some reason (damaged wiring??) not getting voltage at the RFA. Those conditions cause the B0 - RFA NO COMM message when you pull the codes.

Start with checking fuse #27 in the passenger foot well fuse box (behind the toe kick at the end of the foot well).
