Changing Differential Seals.
I had my rear differentia/axle seals changed under warranty a few years ago. When the Dealership did that, did they "have" to remove the outer axle nuts on the hubs?
Trying to figure out how an axle nut may have loosened.

They could have used the old bolts without the lock tight.
Under torqued.
