Yes, I get this often when leaving work out of my parking garage. If you make a turn in the car within the first 30 seconds or so of driving you will get this msg.

I also think if you run under a certain speed for so many seconds of starting it will come on. I get it a lot because of where I live.

This message comes up if you do any maneuver before the active handling has calibrated. A sharp turn, hitting a speed bump, anything where the computer needs to check the active handling sensors. The active handling calibrates itself after initial startup by resetting the sensors when the car is driven in a relative straight line for a set period of time (I think it is about 10 seconds). If the warming up message comes up, the warm-up complete message will come on once calibration is complete.
