My 99 corvette is going thru the CA smog test. All the emissions passed but I am failing the readiness test status. The 2 tests I am failing are secondary air and oxygen heater readiness. Any help and suggestions appreciated. I reflagged the ECM 25 miles ago. Does it make a difference?

Yes it matters all the monitors need to be set. You need to go thru some drive cycles to reset them set, Most auto parts stores have a reader that can see if all are set
Takes about 100 miles of driving for all the systems to be ready for smog. You can buy an obd scanner with the feature that reads the system readiness. When/if I do a repair before smog and reset the check engine light I usually drive it for at least 200 miles before taking it in.
