Headlights will not go down...

Headlights will not go down...

If I manually close the headlights, when I turn them off they will come up. But when I turn them off they will not go down.

go in to your DIC, Options- Hit "twilight to OFF " i had the same issue when i first bought my 2000. That should fix it unless you did that already.

At any point since this problem began have your headlights made any loud noise when opening or closing? If yes, it might be that the plastic gears in the motors are damaged.

No, that had been working fine. Just all of a sudden happen.

DIC. Driver information center. Under options scroll until you find twilight mode and make sure it is off.

I'm not seeing the twilight... Is than an option or standard in all Corvettes? I have a 1998.

That is an option. I believe it came with the 1sb package. Along with memory, hud and a few more options. Your '98 may not have it. I know the hud was not offered until '99.
