i have replaced my O2 sensors (all 4) twice no and I'm still getting the same codes, anyone ever experience this before. I'd just ignore it but where I live has emissions testing so can't. Any help is greatly appreciated
Did you clear the codes then take the car for a drive? Clear the codes, take the care for a drive, then pull the codes BEFORE you turn the engine off. It is important to note if the codes have an H or HC or C after them. If they are all H only, you didn't clear them properly.
You MUST actually measure the heater voltage on the fuse. It must be full battery voltage. You also have to verify that you have a good chassis ground path. Disconnect the O2 connector and read the ground pin to chassis ground and check for proper resistance = zero...
Here is the H2SO (O2 sensor circuit)
You can purchase a scanner that reads live sensor data and actually track the O2 sensor output. It should constantly swing from high to low/low to high (200 mv to 800 mv) if its actually working correctly.
If it just hangs out around 450mv, its NOT working.

Bill
Bill, correct me if I'm wrong. The primary O2 sensors will vary more than the secondary sensors which will confirm the catalytic converters are working. If the values track the same, the cats are shot.
