Airdam steel braided cable replacement question

So I assume I can just have a bike brake cable crimped but does anyone know where I can get this done? The piece I need to replace is below and I'm not sure where I could get the eyelet end at (Maybe home depot). For now i have a wire tie that is working but I would like to replace this.

What is it? I don't recall seeing it on a C5. The best you could do is swage another cable to it that has that drum end but it wouldn't be as strong.

It is under the car attached to center airdam that pivots.

You have to buy the entire spoiler. Looking to make my own and looking any any suggestions. I may try a bike shop or look for a used one.

OP; how about this, but add a flat washer on the inside if you need a larger surface area?

Oh i already have it jury rigged, I just want to do it a bit better. I could certainly come up w/ a solution but I'd like to use a steel braided cable like the factory and crimp an end on it.
