First I would check if I have proper voltage from Battery and ignition switch ( Term A and B on the EBCM) . I would also check if the grounds G103 and G108 are good .
No comm may mean there is an issue with the EBCM power/ground but could be an internal fault as well. G108 is the main power ground for the EBCM. G103 is the ground path for the BPMV that goes through the EBCM but doesn't affect the EBCM electronics.
First thing to do is to check the ABS fuses and G108 ground. Then check the EBCM power ground connections in the connector that attaches to the EBCM.
All grounds are operating as designed. Cleaned and reset all grounds. Still have the ABS light and the Stabilization lamp on the dash. Message is SERVICE VHICLE SOON.
