Default Best intake manifold to use

Hey guys question I have 03 vette with a 6 speed , I have varam intake , obx-r long tube headers and xpipe with Borla axle back. I was wondering what intake manifold would be the best fit to compliment what I already have. With out sacrificing drivability

Well you already have a LS6 Intake. It's perfect for your current mods. I honestly don't think you need an upgrade unless you wanna upgrade to a fast Intake. But your current intake is great for your current mods

I run a ported Fast 92 w/ a ported LS2 TB like it a lot. Id stick w/ that or the MSD.

leave it alone in my opinion... the fast intakes are good for a max effort heads cam setup but won't do much if anything at all for what you currently have done to the car... and if you decide to boost the car later on your current intake will still work great in that application (unless you decide to get crazy with power, like 1k+) and it is far stronger than the fast intakes which are well known for cracking

Just leave it alone for the time being. Your mods suit what you have. Adding the LS2 intake will let you put a 90mm TB on it, but you'll probably lose HP. Check this.. you'll be primarily interested in the second graph and paragraph. A FAST intake is better but you won't gain enough to warrant the expenditure.

I agree with what was said already. Adding an intake manifold won't do much for you unless you have cam and heads modded already.

I had a heads and cam package installed and after a year I added a ported FAST 90 and an LS2 throttle body (required with he upgrade to 90mm opening) and gained 27 ft lbs of torque and 28 rwhp. Without heads and cam you'd be lucky to gain anything (and lucky to not lose any torque).

i would look at a cam next

That's bullshit lol, You'll see about 20 rwhp w/ a Fast 92/92,90 on a stock/ bolt on car. Even more if its properly ported. Here's just one test.

Ls6 intake is stock on 2001+ Corvette LS1 engines. I have my LS6 sitting in the garage since adding the FAST. and LS2 throttle body..... just in case I ever want to swap back
