Default LS1 to a LS6= p1635 code

I swapped a ls6 into a 2000 FRC. The previous LS1 was a built motor (heads, cam, headers)that lost an oil pump. The LS6 is basically stock except headers, intake. Can this cause the P1635 code? All is checking good, steering me to a pcm change. I was curious when I take it to get dyno tuned will this clear, or should I get a new pcm? Car cranks up fine and drives good, it will backfire maybe once in a 10-15 mile drive.

Thanks,
Bill R.

The MAP sensor, oil pressure sensor and right and left fuel level sensors all use the same 5V reference. Maybe a wire shorted to voltage or ground?

Here is the troubleshooting procedure most of which you can check with a DMM.

Thanks Greg!! I have checked power to all sensors through the pcm to ground with engine running, all checked good. I guess I need to check with key on, engine not running and the voltage at pcm. Will check back in with results.

Thanks,
