Default Valve spring life?

I got a c5z with a crane cam 216/216 .571 .571 115lsa, dual spring crane springs, with 1.8 ratio rockers as well as twin turbo tuned conservatively on 7lbs. Car is a daily driver. How long would these springs last. I drive 70miles one way all interstate, not too rough on the car only when someone wants to "run." any answers or insights to these springs or spring life will be appreciated!

That's a pretty mild cam. Prob a good choice for a turbo car. Those dual springs should last for a long time, but if you're worried, just change them every 20,000-30,000 miles. Unless you really beat on the motor, I'd think they'd last as long as stock springs would last on a stock motor.

Do you know which springs you have, the 832's or the 833's? The 832's actually have a harmonic right near 6K RPM so I would swap them out if that were the case and use the 833's instead.
