Has anyone purchased the vortex complete induction kit?
Wondering if before and after dyno pulls have been done ?
Maybe before and after et"s
I want to hear if there hve been any problems with the every day drivers
(water )
Normal rain a problem?
Manufacture claims don't impress (forum tests do)

Yes i have puchased and installed the complete system with absolutly no problems whatsoever. Have not run into any water problem or water for that matter but I believe if you don't do anythng real dumb it won't hurt anything if you do.

I have a Vortex and when dynoed I lost 8 HP without the Vortex breather! Replaced breather gained it back and considering how restrictive the stock air box is you would probably gain a lot more than that! In my opinion probably worth 15-20HP, money well spent. No problems at all driving in the heaviest rain storms, just look out for the deep standing water. :yesnod:

Great product!! Have it for 2 years ..the very first mod I did. Pulled a 13.00@106 first time out with 2.73 gears....:D Buy it diect form the manufacturerwww.breathlessperformance.com ask for Lucy or Ernie..:D

I have installed it and you can feel a difference. As long as you dont drive though deep standing water you shouldnt have a problem. Next to the Stingers :eek: its the best mod I have done yet.

I have installed it and you can feel a difference. As long as you dont drive though deep standing water you shouldnt have a problem.
I've driven in pouring rain numerous times. No problem.
