04 Injector O-ring proplems

04 Injector O-ring proplems
Had the front Pass. side injector leaking at the top installed new O-rings ( The browns ones ) two times still leaking ,looked like a little too big for the cup kinda waded up looking so found some blacks ones looked a little smaller millimeter or so seamed to go in better now pushing out of the fuel cup at the top same one over and over .. Anybody seen this before .. I have another new black O-ring going to try it ..??? Thanks ..

Go to NAPA and get some fuel injector O rings. Don't guess at the size, just get the correct ones--and made from the correct material which I think is Viton (brown) not Buna (black). Lube the new O rings with motor oil to help get them to seat. Make sure there is nothing in the fuel rail or intake bosses before you put the injectors back in.

Well good idea ,but have them and all the others ones as well .the right ones are AC-217-3365 hard to find have to order them NO GM does not have in stock ??? checked in 5 states so sad.. Well the problem was the fuel rail , I let it ideal and was spraying all over the place put some pressure on it and stopped so took it all back apart for the 10 th time took the injectors out bolted it back in and took my big soft hammer yep wacked it just a little I seen it bend just a very small amount and fixed ir .. why it needed to go down ??? but it did need more pressure on the last injector ,test drove fixed .. I don't get it but worked ..
