Im not sure if our cars are canbus or not which I think they are since If you remove a bulb you get hyperflash.
I was offered to test a new cree projector led for mearly $5s and free shipping. It has a built in resistor for error free issues( flickering etc. Its been designed specifically for the high beams and they provided pics with cars W/reflectors and by far its the only led for high beam that actually has a high output of a normal halogen but brighter.
I am awaiting the arrival of a similar led bulb for the fogs that are 885s and Provide a VERY clean output similar to stock but abit further.
My question for both. Should I order the error free connectors to prevent any issues especially for the fog bulb? The high beam bulb has a built in resistor and is rated at 55w despite the high beams are 65w?
Just so everyones clear. I ASKED THE COMPANY, THESE ARE THE BRIGHTEST YOU CAN GET BEFORE HIDS OR THE LED KITS THAT ARE ALSO PLUG N PLAY.

The only bulbs that cause hyperflash when replaced with LEDs are any that are involved in being a turn signal. Low or high beams, fog lights do not. Also, the C5 does not have CAN Bus; buy lights for non-CAN Bus vehicles.

The high beam led that I ordered is canbus and the only one Ive found that resembles the same setup as stock and has just about the same. All others are either the setups with the fans and or say error free. These were the only bulbs in the design of stock bulbs that had the highest lumens (1200). I think stock is 1300? Could be wrong. jdmtoy.com has cree bulbs that have less lumens and are non canbus. So It either more lumens or non at all, lol. It was rated at 800 vs the one I ordered(1200).
Should I be concerned now that Im putting a canbus bulb iin the car? I thiink all my outside leds were or atleast my turn signals were. I never got hyperflash with them until i did the rears.

This is what I ordered to try for my headlights.Like I said, my turn signals look very similar to these with the dome top and a **** ton of leds like this one and It lights up signs when Im turning.
I did GCG, its in the bottom of the post above yours.
The 2 links you have posted here seem to be the same. Both of them are taking me to the high beam 9005/HB3 and not the foglight bulbs. Thanks for taking the time to share this info

I ordered the fogs from 2 people and 1 I didnt realize that it has a fan or possibly one. Formula-j87.com is one for 885 fog light kit where you can get a kit to change the glass colors by film.
Other is jdm astar for 881 fog light kit. Fully waterproof with pics to prove. The only issue is, I am not concerned with fitment.
