James...

Its pretty simple. You UN-CLIP the fuse box from the holder. On the bottom of the box are different color SCREW ON CONNECTORS. Just disconnect the old box and install the new box

That being said, you need to be using a fuse box for an 02 or series of C5s that are the same lay out.
example 97-98-99 are probably the same series. These would NOT work in a 02.

Where did you get the box, what year is it for or C5 it is out of and what is it suppose to fit?

If you have a new same series box, it will probably come without fuses and relays. Just do a ONE for ONE swap.

Make SURE that you disconnect the battery before you start the replacement.

I was thinking 01-02 & 03 are most likely the same.

Hey Bill, changed out box same results, when I go to start it either nothing happens,no sounds,no lights, or it flickers, all my gauges flicker very slightly up/down, and it tries to scroll where odometer readout is and it ticks from BCM, and security light flashes ,if I keep playing with key, jiggling it sooner or later corvette by chevy will scroll and she will fire up,also sometimes it just fires up as normal, any suggestions ? Afraid to drive it any further than I can push it!!!😭thanks

Sounds exactly like you have a BAD IGNITION SWITCH. You can prove this by taking a voltage reading on one of the fuses that is supplied by the Hot in RUN & Start.

I suspect that it will be seriously low voltage. Find a module that is effected and find the fuse that is powered by the Hot in RUN & Start ignition switch power. There are two SLOTS on top of each fuse. Read each slot to chassis ground.

well, checked fuses19 18 17 22 16 13 underhood, all 12+volts,checked fuses 19 21 23 inside fuse box all 12+volts,thing is car will always start eventually, did a little experiment, turned key to on position and as i described in earlier post it will do nothing or will flicker etc... if i turn to on position in either scenario it will after 30 seconds to one minute scroll corvette by chevy and fire up,really scratching my noggin !!!
