Slave cyl sucking air?
On most cars I would have said it was an adjustment needed. But there doesnt seem to be any provision for it.
RPS twin carbon and a new delco slave were installed about 4 yrs ago, less than 10 K miles since but the car sat for a year while I had 2 hip surgeries. Not leaking fluid
Replaced master with new delco- remote bled, no improvement. keeps getting fine air bubbles.
At this point, thinking it has to be the slave and sucking air. I find it odd it doesnt seem to be losing any fluid.

The shaft for the master cylinder
The round cylinder that the slave piston rides on. If it can ingest clutch dust into the slave without leaking, it can also ingest air.
Least expensive part is to swap in a new master cyl and go from there.
BC
It's for a Z06, but my base C5 manual has basically the same procedure.

Could be this isn't your problem, but I'm just spitballing here.
