climate control display

my climate control display is dim again. i did the repair on the solder connections years ago and was fine until the past week. has anyone else had to redo the solder touch up on their display? thanks

Regular auto insurance? Not one of the new car repair warranty plans?

For nominal insurance I would be profoundly shocked if they covered it.

Dim control

New here...didn't know about the fix for the dim climate control. Can somebody explain?

There are several surface mount resistors on the display PC board that were not soldered sufficiently. All you have to do is reflow some solder with a soldering iron.
