Passenger Seat Issue
I have a 2001 Convertible with a power seat issue.
I believe it is the Seat Relay module problem part number 10406008.
I had it all apart today and it is my best guess.
The seat moves great backwards, but not forwards.
The seat moved down but not upwards.
The seat tilts backwards but not forwards.
I tested the motors and all works great.
I tried re-soldering the relays inside the seat relay module but still not luck. All of the wiring looks great. no poor or broken connections.
The seat moves great on the rails.
What else can it be? What parts go bad on the seat control module itself? the relays?

YES! That was it...I swapped with the driver side switches and it works great.
After taking apart the bad switch assy, I found two broken lands on the circuit board. I soldered in new jumpers and now it works great!
