Lou - if you are still following this thread, may I suggest that you just give some measurements from somewhere on the bottom of the car as an indication of where your header flange would need to connect to the rest of the exhaust system?

I imagine that anyone who is serious about this would then be able to get under their car and decide how and with what they would work. Pics are OK, and general statements about they might work with this or that are OK too, but an actual benchmark would answer all such questions.

I have gone ahead and ordered another header system, but if it does not work to my satisfaction, I might be back. So might a lot of other folks.

i just put lg's on my 02 and they fit awesome. i used my pre-cats for resonators and i have a magna flow x-pipe and corsa indy mufflers with 4" modified tips. i also used 02 sims, as i ditched the cats. the car sounds like a very angry ferrari at wot, but very quiet at cruise. everyone loves the sound, as it is definitely unique. not many cars sound like this. it is a cross between american muscle and a pissed off ferrari-with virtually no resonance. :reddevil

First, let me say that the price has not gone up from the $1595. that is still the price of the headers without the cats and off road pipes. the complete system is still $2195. and is a bolt on directly to the factory mid pipe, with the factory crossover. If you have a corsa "X" pipe of something similar, you can bolt directly up to it, with no welding.

The length of the LG headers without the cats is 17.5" back from the 5 bolt bell housing flange where the torque tube bolts up. This is the distance that you will need if you want to hook your Ti Corsa system to these headers. you can add 11" to that for the cats or off road pipes.

We just sent out a system that was complete from the Cylinder head to the rear flanges at the cat back, that included the Corsa "X" pipe.

I hope this answers some of your questions. Feel free to call me direct at 1 877-LGMotor if you have any questions.

thanks,
Lou Gigliotti
