1. This is a Corvette forum. 5.7 litres is what most of us know best.
2. A 224R cam in a 5.3 Silverado? Isn't it a bit steep of a cam for a massive vehicle like that? Serious gears, blower...?
3. I'd think asking the cam company for their recommendations is best.
