PLM was a blast, with David Farmer in the factory C5R running down a very potent Ferrari 550 in the last few laps of a ten hour race. The Hollywood ending was spoiled when the Ferrari blew a tire just as the Corvette was about to pass him.
The car continues to be fantastic. We're working out an oil consumption issue on startup related to the modified, stock valve covers (the baffles had to be surgically removed to clear the Jesel rocker system) and the old style PVC system, but that's is as far as bugs go. No decision yet on new street wheels and tires, and the track will be next Spring.
