Im having the same issue .. what do you mean coil orientation . Can you send a picture please how would they go .. maybe it’s the same issue I’m having .. my car starts running smoothly and all of the sudden it dies in me and and won’t start for a good 10 min

Have you had the coil packs or harness removed recently ??…with that I doubt the car would run smoothly and then the car dies…scan for DTC’s if you can !!…could be something like a crankshaft position sensor, ignition switch or a bad fuel pump but these are only guesses…something we do a lot of here..when the car dies and only cranks and this is assuming what it is doing (crank no start) there are a few things to check to narrow your concern down a little bit.
