Default Windshield water spray

When I turn my wipers on the windshield fluid goes straight up. So when I take a closer look this is broken I think. How can I repair or replace it. Also I need new blades should I get original ones or just the ones from any auto store?

Contact Vettenuts for a used one, or Cultrag for new. Yep, it's broken.
Blades I can't suggest, rarely rains up here, north end of a desert.

I have the same problem, with no sign of a generic replacement, and limited referencing on all the parts pages. Finally see one possible source -- according to some images, new replacement wiper arms -- the whole arm, and with no wiper -- comes with new tubing and a new right angle connector, or so it seems from this vendor:

My system is working fine, other than these elbows, so I'm reluctant to shell out $118 for new arms just to get the elbows.
