I should add that this option will not allow hands free calling. It just gets the music played on your phone to come through your speakers.

First I installed this unit: PXDX/PXHGM2 :Here is a link to the dealer:
http://shopddmods-com.3dcartstores.c...ITY_p_399.html
Second I installed this unit:ISB23 Music Stream:
http://shopddmods-com.3dcartstores.c...INK_p_117.html
I use these items to stream SiriusXM and other music from other sources.
I would call Dennis at DoubleD Mods and he will fix you up.

For $20 this was the way to go for me. Sound quality isn't perfect but more than adequate for my taste. Doesn't work for calls but you can buy more expensive units that do.
Cheaper and much easier than buying and installing a new head unit...but this option obviously isn't for everyone. YMMV.

Parts Needed
-PAC PXHGM2
-PAC PXDX (you can get both here
-Kinivio BT460
-3.5mm coupler (male to male adapter)
Install
Unplug the CD changer, plug in the PAC PXHGM2 into the cable that used to plug into your changer, get all the CDs out first. Ask me how I figured that out.
Plug the other end of the PXHGM2 cable into the PXDX, it can only go in one way.
Set the dip switches on the PXDX for 3 and 8 to "on".
At this point you have replaced your CD changer with an aux adapter that can plug into any device with a 3.5mm headset jack (mobile phone like an Android or iPhone, tablet, walkman from the 80's, whatever).
Next, plug the 3.5mm coupler into the adapter from the PXDX, then plug in the Kinivio BT460 3.5mm plug into the other side. The reason you have to do this is that both devices have a male 3.5mm adapter and need to connect together.
Now you have to setup the BT460 to work with your phone, it's a very easy process and is the same as setting up any Bluetooth device.
You can now attach the button, which is also the microphone, to the dash somewhere so you can use it for phone calls too.
NOTE: the cigarette lighter adapter in the arm rest is NOT switched, meaning whatever you plug into it stays on even when the car is off. At least, mine is that way.
Final step: hide all the wires, I'll leave that as an exercise to the reader

Sounds more involved than it is. I'll write up a separate post once I can take pictures, I had swapped in a 2din head unit but ultimately didn't care for the look or sound of it. Also, this is LEAGUES cheaper.

We bought a Besign BK01 Bluetooth 4.1 Car Kit online for one of my other cars and it worked really well. You could hook it to the iSimple kit that Dennis sells and you'd have hands free calling and music.
