99 fuel hat
left tank. what are the three connections? black (bottom) is pump out, im pretty sure, it goes to the t for siphone pump. now blue and green. one should be the return from right tank. the other evap system perhaps? thanks.

I believe the other one is to transfer fuel from the passenger tank siphon pump to the driver side tank

if you're looking straight at the hat I believe it is the one on the far left, center is the main return, and far right is the feed to the pump
