My Chevy dealer recommended the JET to me and I don't regret it; it does work on my 01 vert. I have the stage II because of some modifications such as the Corsa exhaust, K&N air filter w/ modified lid, & B&B headers. Based on SOP, there is more horsepower and better throttle response. No drawbacks. :)

Save your money. The last Jet Chip I used only opened the throttle quicker than previous and made it seem like I was geting something out of it more than I had before, which as it turns out was not nor will not be the case.
