Alternator Problems!??
Is anyone experiencing power problems? Im not sure if its the alternator or battery or anything else. Most noticable at night. I will be driving along with lights on and every so often experience a dim in the head lights for a moment and then power will return back to normal (this will happen throughout the time I am driving). Now I expect the power to drain a little when I do other things such as putting the windows up or down, but not while driving. Any help or explaination is welcomed.

I believe what you are describing, although not desirable, is normal.
As long as the voltage indicator is not way out of line then your system is working fine. The C5 has a built in protection in the computer that will prevent damage that could be caused by too high or too low output from the alternator.
While the C5 is on and operating many things come on and go off behind the scenes, ie fans, different sensors etc.
It is probably these behind the scenes operations that you are noticing while driving your car at night and concentrating on the output of the headlights.
