I have:
new tires
4 wheel alignment
rims are not bent
There has always been some noise, but now its getting really loud. I noticed it more on the passenger side, and goes away when I turn right (most of the weight comes off passenger side tire) ..?????
Wheel bearing. pinon..??? any suggestions before I get a ream job from the dealer!
The noise sounds like a wheel hub noise to me I had the same thing on my 98 the noise would almost sound like a tire noise if you took a 4x4 with large knobbie tires and ran them over a rough road check your hubs

YES!!! What he said. I'm in the process of replacing a rear wheel bearing. In the begining it sound like I was running snow tires. When it's safe, weave back and forth across the road. If the noise comes and goes or changes pitch, you're probably looking at a wheel bearing.
Don't discount the diff noise here. I see you have a '98 and probably
has some miles on it. If you haven't changed your diff lube lately or
not at all, you may want to do that and make sure they put in the
additive. LSD noise is common and can sound terrible under low speed
turns.
